This prestigious eight-storey, £50m office development on Cannon Street, sits between Bloomberg HQ and St Paul’s Cathedral, with views over virtually every major landmark in London.

Following the failure of the original sub-contractor, NACWL were brought in by main contractor, Bouygues to complete the design and installation of the facade package.
The first six floors consist of ‘unitised’ facade panels, approx. 3m x 3m, and the remaining upper floors consist of a Kawneer ‘stick’ curtain walling system.
It had become clear early on that there were several significant constraints with the concrete frame design, which was found to be incapable of directly supporting the external facade.
NACWL worked closely with the design team and Bouygues to develop a solution that involved an additional steel carrier frame for the facade, on which the stone cladding could also be hung.
The finished project is testimony to the innovative approach that NACWL was able to bring to the project by working collaboratively with the other parties involved.
